Cherries: Cultivation in Kent and Selected Recipes

As part of the Project's commitment to promoting and recording aspects of Kent's Cherry heritage, a booklet has been produced to support the project.

Written by Gavin Maclennan, the booklet covers the history of cherry cultivation in Kent and includes a selection of cherry recipes.

The booklet costs £3 and is available at locations around the locality of the Orchard. For more information contact us at info@lynsted-orchard.org.uk.
